I could use some help with "wilt"! 😂

Yes, but of course, I am talking about the plant disease.

And then there is this whole idea that eating a pill of  freeze dried vegetables and another of freeze dried fruit is going to do anything.  The people on the commercials seem to be very enthralled with the fact that they have something like 17 vegetables going into the pill mixture and that they can't eat 17 vegetables a day.  I don't know where people get the idea you need to eat such a variety every day.  Most health experts talk about food in a weekly manner - like 3 x a week for cruciferous veggies and that kind of thing.  (I don't remember what exact # of veggie types per week for how many times but just eat a variety)>

This kind of stuff is why I cannot eat my sister in law's salad. I don't even know if a rabbit could manage it. There are about eight kinds of greens including beet greens, and dandelion greens, and cilantro and parsley, and radishes, broccoli, cauliflower, tomatoes, edmame, celery, carrots, garbanzo beans, bean sprouts, and all of it dressed with copious amounts of apple cider vinegar and lemon juice, and very little oil. I tried to eat a "healthy serving size" of it according to her alternative definitions, and thought my insides were being put through a blender. Talk about overkill. Maybe I would adjust if I ate it every day. But, I think I am good with my simple salad at lunch, my celery or carrot sticks mid afternoon, and my steamed green beans or black bean salsa or whatever at night.
