Bambam
Do you have any estate sale companies locally? If there isn't enough for an individual sale, they often combine with others to have a big enough sale. Or do you have auction barns that take the stuff? Both take a decent percentage, but at least the stuff is gone quickly.
JenneinCA
My Dad collects pocket watches and is a member of a national organization. Someone there can probably help you. At the very least they could tell you if they are worth anything. https://www.nawcc.org/
Ms Brooks
eBay has its own, inhouse payment processing. They take out the taxes, etc. and deposit $ in your account. Shipping will cost. Anything over one pound and shipping gets expensive. Community sales might be a better bet than selling online.
