We finally had a rain-free morning here, the first one this week when I headed outside feeling confident that I wasn't going to get drenched before making it home. So, I had a nice start to my Thursday. How about everyone else?

Got out for a decent walk this morning, 3.8K, then did the floor-based leg and arm exercises I skimped on yesterday.

No stationary biking yet this week, but maybe I will take a break from work this afternoon and ride for 15 minutes or so. Did it. Rode the stationary bike for 20 minutes on my lunch break.

Otherwise, it'll be the usual second walk this evening to meet the daily step goal.

Summer Splash Challenge Update: 30.3 of 500K
(I also realized that my tracking app tells me how many days in a row I have logged a walk. I'm going to add that to my daily posts, just because it makes me feel good to see it.)

Eating some Cheerios and then heading out in an hour for weights and core. I have so much work to catch up on today—it’s going to be an intense weekend.

Ha, I read this way to fast and thought you said eating some Cheetos and instantly started a craving for me.  Luckily I don't have any in the house.

Did an hour on the bike with one kiddo this morning.  I have gone everyday (skipped one day) since June 8th.  I know that isn't a big thing at all.  But I always start some exercise or workout thing and then in 3 days or less I stop doing it.  I am having fun and my pants fit so much better.  At this point in my life, I don't like to workout, but I like to go do something.

Of course it's a big thing. You've done something consistently for a good chunk of days. You don't have to be perfect to be doing yourself good.
