Jenny in Florida Posted June 7, 2021 Author Share Posted June 7, 2021 So, so tired this morning. I wound up doing yard work for several hours yesterday, which left me tired and sore. Then, the combination of being extremely sore and less than thrilled with working today, I didn't sleep nearly as much as I should have. I managed only about 2.5K of walking (with no "sprints" of faster steps) and struggled through some leg/arm exercises. Now I'm off to mainline some coffee and see if I can get my brain kickstarted to do some actual work. I hope everyone else is facing the week better rested and with a better outlook!
