Origin of the Medieval Mom's Book list?

I have this from 2014 and I think I got it from here, and I am just wondering if someone can explain to me the origins of it. Was it a boardie who put it together?
There was obviously a lot of time invested in it.

Looks like she has not been active since 2013.

Here is her 2010 post where she explained that her lists were compilations of several classic booklists, and that she had been asked to share them, so she did: "I have been asked to share my book lists".

It's too bad SWB can't set up referral links on here to Amazon. She would make a killing!
