lauraw4321 Posted June 1, 2021 Posted June 1, 2021 In January my total cholesterol was 231. I have some other health issues going on and I know I’m at risk for diabetes and cancer. So I started trying to really move to wfpb woe. I’m probably 70% compliant. I gave blood last week and my total cholesterol is down to 206. That’s lower than it was 5 years ago. I hope I’ll have it in normal range by the end of the year. I’ve also lost 15 pounds (but have many more to go). Just wanted to say it can be done!! 22 4 Quote

Sunshine State Sue Posted June 1, 2021 Posted June 1, 2021 Congrats to you. Keep it up. I decided to eat wfpb about 8 years ago since my weight and cholesterol were creeping up and up (thank you menopause). I find it helpful to maintaining a healthy weight and bloodwork. 1 Quote
