Welcome to the weekend -- an extended one for some of us. Does anyone have fun plans?

These threads are for those who'd like accountability and encouragement in doing intentional daily movement. Anyone may join in at any time!

Walked about 3.7K this morning. I'm skipping the formal leg/arm exercises because I am running out the door in about two minutes to go try and wrap up clearing/cleaning out the rental house. I have this fantasy that we can be done today, and then I can have the remaining two days of the holiday weekend "off," just like a real weekend. (Don't burst my bubble, please.)

I do have a 10K bonus challenge that I am supposed to walk sometime before 6\2, so I have to build some time for that into my life somewhere. 

But that's an issue for another day. Today, vacuuming, clearing out the last of the stuff, wiping down countertops . . . and (please, please) closing the door on that place.

I did my exercise bike for cardio and finished wiht arm, then back strengthening routines. It's nice, but rare, to get my movement goals done before it gets dark!
