BrandonMommy
My daughter is interested in some of the online courses at https://www.redcross.org/. Does anyone have experience with any of their courses?
ScoutTN
I have done the online/bookwork portions of First Aid and CPR. I was renewing my certification. Online is convenient and less expensive. For a student doing some sort of emergency preparedness training for the first time, I might opt for a live instructor for the bookwork portions. Ask around and get a good one. EKT
My girls (13 and 11) both took the Babysitting Basics course this past semester and loved it. They each did it entirely independently and earned a certification that is good for two years. I can't speak to Red Cross's higher level classes, but we all thought this one was great. It was affordable, allowed me to count something new for health, and just a fun thing to do during Covid. Recommend!
Lilaclady
My dd did the cpr course. It was well laid out and she understood it. She had to take the online course and pass before the hands on portion
