HomeAgain
We have really enjoyed A Stitch In Time on Amazon Prime lately. It's short, only about 5 or 6 episodes, each one centering on a specific type of dress from a time period. The pieces are recreated using only period techniques. It has been a really good way to drive home an aspect of history that I've harped on and my kids haven't cared about - how fashion reflects social/political/financial states, often in subtle ways. Anyway, this is a fascinating look at not only the dress, but the history surrounding it that connects it all. 2

historically accurate
Tudor Monastery Farm is on Amazon Prime (or it was fairly recently I watched it). I enjoyed all of the different "farm" series from that trio. They also do Secrets of the Castle, but I haven't seen that one yet.
