Ruggable sides curling

I have had my rug a bowl for about a year and the sides curl up. I have tried 2 sided tape, steam mop etc.  suggestion but to no avail the sides keep curling.    The curling is so bad that people trip over the rug when they walk in the room.. HELP!

I would roll it the other way, tie it, and leave it like that for a few days to see if it behaved.  Or, treat the fibers like hair . . . wet the edges, curl them under, and blow dry to see if it reverses the upward curl.

Is it the top that’s curling or the mat?

If you bought it from Ruggable (versus a cheaper version from Home Depot type store), I think they have a pretty good warranty. I would contact them.
