I have a funny Paul Rudd story that's totally off-topic but relatable to this crowd.  Dd and I were stuck in the MN airport during the huge snowy winter of about 7 years ago.  We were in an almost-totally empty section of the airport and I was reading The Odyssey out loud to her, complete with character voices and expressions.  A gentleman was sitting fairly nearby and was obviously listening.  Eventually he got up to leave and a woman swooped down on us to say OMG, that was Paul Rudd, isn't he a hottie? etc...I didn't know who he was but Dd was laughing and tried to explain all the roles he's been in.  So maybe he likes Homer?

Oh, and as for the answer, I think we're clearly talking deal with the devil at a Los Angeles crossroads thirty years ago.

I heard it was witchcraft and bathing in milk every full moon?

He seems to be aging in reverse.

Paul Rudd is not old.

have you seen ringo starr lately?  he looks younger than his son.  (he's 81)

But my sil's ex-fil looks like he's about 80.  (he's 101.)

I don't think we're alleging he's old per se. But he's in his 50's. And he does not look like he's in his 50's.

Ringo Starr's face now - to me - has had so much work that he's starting to get that uncanny valley feel. I have no idea if Paul Rudd has had work done or not, but he doesn't have that feel to me.

I got 15/20.

I think he's had some slight work done.  Maybe just laser resurfacing & acid peels.  But it was very good work.

his eyes and teeth gave it away for me.  He's teeth have gotten better and his eyes have slightly more wrinkles but they don't actually age him, I think they make him look younger.  But that is how I know it is his older self

We recently watched the 1996 Romeo and Juliet movie with Claire Danes and Leonardo DiCaprio for family movie night.  Paul Rudd is Count Paris in that adaptation and I was floored by how not that different he looks.  My family postulated the following theories:

A. He has one heck of a cosmetic dermatologist and takes meticulous care of his skin

B. He made a deal with the devil at some point

C. He has a baby face and very good genes

D. He is a vampire

E. Ursula has something of his in her underwater lair and will eventually come and claim him for her sad little soul garden

F. Some or All of the above

I don’t know what his secret is for not aging. I also don’t know what his secret is for just being so awesome. I mean, I’ll believe every bad story about every famous person... except him. Why is this?!? Like, I’m mad at those of you who suggested he made a deal with the devil. HE WOULD NEVER!!!

I was thinking his eyes look slightly bigger/more open in the older pics; like they’re less hooded? If that makes sense.

That makes sense. I also think they look puffier in the pics when he is younger.

And I can now officially say, this is the most I've ever talked about another person's appearance.

I got 18/20, and the ones I missed had two pictures that were only a couple of years apart. I could tell by hairstyle, more than face, in many cases. Although the difference is slight, I think his face is a little thinner now than in earlier years, so that his bone structure is a bit more prominent. Perhaps he works out more now than he used to? Whatever, it's clearly working for him!

I agree that he is better looking now than when he was younger, even though he looks practically the same. He's cuter in the Ant Man movies, for example, than he was on Friends, IMO.
