Our 2 year old Jenn Air stove needs a repair. 😞 The heating element appears to have died—or some related component—as it will not come to temperature. The repair people can’t come out for three weeks. 😞 

So, I need a quick tutorial/tips on how to use our convection microwave as an oven. Recommended bakeware? Other stuff I need to know?
