A great workout at the gym this morning.   I am in the last 3 weeks of an intensive program and miss my daily exercise/gym time.  But once I complete  and graduate this program,  I can get my exercise time back.  Plus, I have a few job offers once this is completed and that is my current motivation.

@itsheresomewhere Congrats on nearing the finish line! I can relate to missing your exercise time, for sure. I am very much looking forward to turning over the keys to the rental place and being settled "enough" here that I can take back my morning exercise routine without feeling guilty about the time. 

I managed only 3.3K this morning. Cleaning and packing up at the old house yesterday just really kicked my butt, and it didn't help that I forgot to pick up my Lyrica refill and, consequently, slept badly and not nearly enough. I literally crawled out of the mattress on the floor this morning and counted it a win that I walked as much as I did. 

I am once again counting house stuff as my leg/arm workout for today, since there is no way I would get any formal exercise done on top of accomplishing any unpacking or organizing.

Fortunately, my husband assembled the new bed frame, which should make it a little easier to get on my feet tomorrow morning, and I have my medication on hand for tonight, which should make it a little easier to sleep. I'm hoping tomorrow will be a slightly better day.
