klmama
I have a blood draw in the a.m., and I just read that I'm not supposed to have eaten high-fat foods this evening. There were no specifics given to explain what they mean by "high-fat." I had a piece of string cheese - 6g fat. Do you think that's too much? Jean in Newcastle
A quick google says that 17 g fat is considered high fat. 3 g of fat and lower is considered low fat. So 6 g fat isn’t so bad.
