Walked 4.6K this morning and then did arm and a little bit of leg exercises before I had to run an errand. I jokingly said I would make up the strength work because I planned to spend the day packing . . . and then I ended up spending several hours sorting junk and cleaning the garage. So, yeah, I think that actually counts. 

Plus, I don't need a second walk because I exceeded my daily minimum by more than 3,000 steps just doing the above.

Tomorrow is my last day to complete the Mother's Day 5K bonus challenge, so I plan to do that first thing before tackling more moving stuff. It's our last weekend day before the movers arrive on Wednesday.

I forgot to post yesterday.

I knew today would be too busy/exhausting for much, so yesterday I did a little over  an hour on my exercise bike (rather than my normal 30 minutes). I also did leg/core exercises and back focused exercises. Tonight I did a set of arm exercises.
