For anyone who finds tofu boring

I don't either. I've never heard good things about dried basil, so I'm always surprised when recipes call for it. Maybe I'll try drying my own this year and see if it is worth it.

I don't press tofu,  because there's a brand here - Cauldron - which doesn't seem to need it.
