Good morning!

These threads are for those who'd like accountability and encouragement in doing intentional daily movement. Anyone may join in at any time!

Edited day in title - shouldn't post before I'm fully awake!

Just a note: I overlooked this thread a couple of times, because it has the wrong day of the week in the title. Finally figured out the date is correct and this is where I should post for the day.

Walked 4.5K this morning, then did a solid set of leg/arm exercises.

Nothing interesting to note, otherwise. I'll be stationed at my desk today, attempting to balance attending a few sessions of an online conference with doing some actual work. I would like to go over to the new house this evening to work on a project or two I'd like to have done before we move in, and I hope to remember to take a second walk sometime before bedtime. (Last night, I was on my way to change into pajamas when I remembered I hadn't walked and was about 2200 steps short for the day. It worked out okay, because it was a lovely evening for a late stroll, but I hope not to make that a habit.)

I'm working several days this week, and hoping I can still stay on top of things. I got up early and did my 5K on the rower plus stretches before work. I don't know if I'll be able to keep up with that the rest of the week, but I'll try. The work is just a fill-in at my old job because someone is sick, but I find it pretty stressful, and that tires me out. Plus, like I have mentioned before, I just don't have tons of energy.

I did a Fitness Marshall sweat session for cardio and legs/core focus for strengthening.

I hope add some relaxation based pilates tonight.
