So, I absolutely did not take another walk or even ride the stationary bike last night. After the two walks and the packing, I was pretty  much done. And, to be honest, it took me a while to drag myself out the door to walk this morning. Feeling sorry for the dog finally pushed me out of bed, though, and we walked about 4.3K.

Once we were home, I spent about 30 minutes on legs and arms.

The plan is to do some more packing after I finish breakfast, but I will try to take another walk or do some biking this evening.

Packing and moving house is physically and cognitively taxing, ime, so fatigue would not be unexpected!

I should go for a walk. The weather is autumn glory, I've only got a single lesson plan to write today, and it's only 9.30am. (just motivating self).

I did some PT exercises (super sets rather than resting between sets, so cut it down to about 10 minutes) and then did a 20 minute stretching DDPY video called "hip opener" that worked to stretch most of the lower body. Also took some arm strength to hold my legs in those positions! Tomorrow will be an hour DDPY class, so went easy today. Turns out pet sitting exhausted me! (dog slept on my head and then is used to getting up early)

2 mile walk while watching church.  The pastor preached long enough for another mile (or more) 😉 , but I'm exhausted.

FTR, we have a really good pastor -- a great teacher.
