Well, the day is not off to the very best of starts. I did not get out for a second walk yesterday, slept later than I should have this morning and walked only 3.8K and had so much "help" from my dog while trying to exercise that I honestly can't tell whether how much I accomplished.

Sigh.

We'll see where today takes me.

Did my 5K this morning. After yesterday's dragginess after my session, I was planning to go a little slower, which I did, but it ended up being only about a minute less. I'm glad I did it, and now I'm set for the weekend ahead! Hope you all have a great weekend!

I planned to go to PT this morning, but got the time wrong. Then planned to do a 90 minute DDPY class this evening, but ended up picking up my sister's dog to pet sit at that time. So did a 12 minute DDPY Red Hot Core workout, and then later did 20 minutes of PT exercises. My sister's dog was...helpful, lol. I ended up getting up during the workout to turn on my laptop and capture the rest on video.

I did a Fitness Marshall sweat session for cardio.

I did a pilates routine--the final one in a challenge. Then I tried a number of different things today to form a possible arm based work out. (Rather than another challenge, I think I'm going to try to make a specific to my needs strengthen routine for various body parts--similar to what I've done with my back. I've been pleased with the progress I've made in that area.)

My own dog is often . . . helpful while I'm doing my leg/arm exercises on the yoga mat. She seems to think that my hand weights are equivalent to her favorite toy and often brings her toy over while I'm on the floor. She then alternates between insisting that I throw the toy for her to fetch and flinging the toy directly at my head.
