SKL Posted April 21, 2021 Posted April 21, 2021 I must have inherited this from my mom. Shame on me for thinking she was being dramatic whenever anyone lightly bumped or brushed her shins, because now I find that excruciating! It has developed gradually over recent years. Today I accidentally bumped my shin into my car door, and it hurt like the devil for quite a long time. What is this? Does anyone here have this problem? Is there anything I can do about it other than wear shin guards??? Quote
Jaybee Posted April 21, 2021 Posted April 21, 2021 I have sensitive shins, too. Our dog likes to jump up in the chair with me, and almost always stands on my shins before he gets settled down. It's killing me! Quote
kbutton Posted April 22, 2021 Posted April 22, 2021 Mine sometimes get sensitive. I think I have tiny muscle spasms. When I'm keeping up with the chiropractor visits and magnesium, it's much better. Quote
Bootsie Posted April 22, 2021 Posted April 22, 2021 What exactly is hurting? The skin? Does it feel like a bruise in on spot? Or, is it a pain like a shin splint? Quote
