Well, I did get out for that second walk yesterday, but never got around to making up the arm/leg exercises. So, I guess I used up my day off early this week.

I did a little better this morning, walking just over 4K and doing a slightly abbreviated set of arm/leg stuff before I had to run out for a blood draw appointment. I'll aim for my usual second walk this afternoon/evening, and I hope to get on the stationary bike again sometime before the weekend.

I did a fitness marshall sweat session this morning and a pilates session, which turned out to be more intense that I expected, this evening. 

 I will probably do a relaxation based movement of some sort tonight.

I walked two miles tonight.  I was planning to do three, but decided that two felt like enough for tonight.  I don't want to overdo it since I just got my second covid vaccine yesterday.
