I really, really need to work on nudging my morning routine back to an earlier time. I keep finding myself squeezed for time to walk as much as I would like in the morning and still complete a decent amount of leg/arm exercise. That said, I did my best this morning and managed just over 4K and a set of floor exercises.

Tonight is my husband's gaming night, meaning we won't be bothered with preparing "dinner" and I have the luxury of walking after work for as long as I feel like it without guilt.

I have plans to meet up tomorrow with a friend I haven't seen in person in months and go tromping about in a nature preserve. And I may try to log the current mini-challenge (8K) on Sunday if I can think of somewhere interesting to walk it.

I missed yesterday. I am struggling with consistency right now.

Today, it was raining a lot, much of the time with thunder. DD#1 and I walked back and forth on the driveway during a non-raining time - we didn't want to be half a mile away and get caught in a thunderstorm. My phone says we did about a mile of driveway pacing.

2km walk done. I was going to cut it short to just 1km again, so windy the past couple days plus sore groin/hip. Changed route up to avoid the worst hills and got the distance done instead.

We're supposed to have rainy weather tomorrow, so I have resigned myself to walking along with a video on my enclosed patio. It's not as fulfilling as walking in a park or even around the neighborhood, but it gets the steps done.

Good for you for finding a way to get moving!
