I was very much not into getting out of bed this morning, and the late start meant I had time for only 3.5K. At home, I did a "standing" leg/arm set.

I downloaded a new audiobook about hiking a trail, which I'm saving as my treat for evening walks. Will start it tonight while I'm making up some of the mileage I didn't get to this morning.
