Daily Movement - Monday, April 5

Walked 4.5K this morning and then did leg/arm exercises.

I had forgotten to set my alarm this morning but woke up about 30 minutes after it should have rung. Truth be told, I would have been just fine with going back to sleep, but I noticed there was a new episode of one of my favorite podcasts available, which made it seem more worthwhile to get moving.

My one month subscription to body groove expires today, so I did a couple groove HIIT routines--one this afternoon and another tonight.
