Daily Movement - Saturday, April 3

I had mostly slept off the post-vaccine symptoms when I woke up this morning, but was still tired. So I walked just a squinch over 4K and called that enough. Then I did some leg and arm exercises.

Husband and I went to the shopping center for pet food and stopped for lunch, so I got some additional steps there. I'll take my usual evening walk to finish off the daily minimum.
