Did physical therapy exercises - a little under 30 minutes. back is hurting today so that may be all I do. I lifted a lot of bags of mulch, twisting while lifting, and tweaked it. Hoping to take a muscle relaxer tonight and it be better tomorrow.

Remember last week when I said I thought I had pinched a nerve? Well, I've got shingles. It wasn't caused by my overdoing it on the rower after all. I'm not up to it today, but maybe tomorrow.

I did my exercise bike and a body groove HIIT for cardio. I worked with weights a little, then finished with some stretch and relaxation based pilates.

@ktgrok - I gave you a like for what you accomplished, but I'm sorry your back is hurting.

@Jaybee - yikes! I'm so sorry - I hope you recover quickly.

 

Me: 3.7 miles this afternoon. Cooler and less muggy today. Very pollen-y, though.

Daily walk. Wind storm causing multiple power outages, announcement of further restrictions, definitely helped to walk off some of the ragey/angsty darkness.
