ktgrok Posted March 29, 2021 Posted March 29, 2021 Did physical therapy exercises - a little under 30 minutes. back is hurting today so that may be all I do. I lifted a lot of bags of mulch, twisting while lifting, and tweaked it. Hoping to take a muscle relaxer tonight and it be better tomorrow. 2 1 Quote
