purpleowl Posted March 28, 2021 Author Posted March 28, 2021 The good news: I walked 6.7 miles. 😊 The bad news: I was still 1.7 miles away from home when I stopped walking because I got overheated and was about to pass out. 😒 Had to get DH to drive over and pick me up. I'm feeling frustrated with my body for not being able to handle the weather, because otherwise I would've been able to complete that distance without a problem. I was drinking plenty of water, before and during the walk. Just...ugh. 1 1 Quote
