Slightly shorter 4.1K walk this morning. I'm feeling really draggy coming into the end of this week, combination of a few long days of work plus just not getting enough sleep, I think.

I did a longer-than-usual legs and arms set, including some exercises recommended by the physical therapist that I haven't yet incorporated into my usual daily routine. It was nice to break up the monotony a bit.

As usual, I will aim for another walk this evening to meet my daily step goal.

I've been doing pinched nerve stretches...😬

And sent a note through my doctor's portal to make sure I'm doing the right things. 

Hope you all have a great weekend! It's supposed to be nice weather this weekend, and I'm looking forward to it.

Been forgetting to post, and working out less as oak pollen tries to slowly kill me. Ugh. Hard to workout when your sinuses are going to explode. 

Today I didn't "workout" but I laid a dozen pieces of sod after leveling the ground for it, then pressure washed the patio. So, counting that as exercise - it was about 90 degrees when I was doing it!
