Jenny in Florida Posted March 25, 2021 Posted March 25, 2021 Slept a bit later than I should have, but still walked just short of 5K this morning, then did my leg/arm exercises. However, I am pretty sure I have a pinched nerve now, affecting my lower right side and hip, so it looks like I'm going to need to take a few days off. 🙁 I hate to, because I'm getting into a really good rhythm, but I am hurting and don't want to risk longer-term damage. I noticed yesterday that I had some loss of feeling there, in conjunction with some pain that didn't go away, but had hoped that a workout today would take care of it. It hasn't, so Google told me to rest it. 5 Quote

sbgrace Posted March 25, 2021 Posted March 25, 2021 I got 30 minutes on my exercise bike this morning. I'm moving up a resistance level, and, so, I'm pedaling slower than I would like to be for now. Because I'm not sure how that affects the cardio benefits, I added a Body Groove HIIT to bump up the cardio and give me the bone benefit of weight bearing movement. I did a couple pilates routines (strength and then stretch/relax) this afternoon. 5 Quote
