Jenny in Florida Posted March 21, 2021 Posted March 21, 2021 Gorgeous photos, @Ausmumof3. I got out on a section of trail I had not walked before and did a little over 6K this morning. It was quite pretty. I moved a little more slowly than I would have it I had been on paved roads or sidewalks, but the scenery made it worthwhile. I just realized I forgot to do my arm/let exercises. Ooops. I got a bit of a late start, then decided to drive to the new trail, then spent longer on the trail than I had planned, then came home and fed my husband lunch and baked him some banana bread. (He's on a special diet for a few days before a medical procedure, and previous experience tells me that if eating isn't easy or handled by someone else, he just won't bother.) I believe I also gave myself a day off from the strength exercises last weekend, so maybe that could be a routine. Anyway, I will take a second walk at some point later today, which will top off my minimum step count. Spring Start Status Update: 53.7 of 500K 7 Quote

The dog is a mutt. We know she has some Pomeranian and probably some poodle, but could be anything beyond that. 4 Quote
itsheresomewhere Posted March 21, 2021 Posted March 21, 2021 A thirty minute walk today along with cleaning up the yard some. I just don’t have much motivation today. 6 Quote

It's dark early too - tried to go for a 6.30am walk the other day but not light enough. Roll on end of daylight saving ( though that won't help with your evening walks!) 2 Quote
sbgrace Posted March 22, 2021 Posted March 22, 2021 I got a coversational pace 30 minute walk today with family--pretty weather (not nearly so beautiful of scenery as those pictures AusMumof3 and Jenny posted.) When I got home did a 30 minute body groove HIIT. 5 Quote
Junie Posted March 22, 2021 Posted March 22, 2021 Just finished a 3 mile walk at home while I watched this morning's church service that I missed while I was attending a service in Spanish. 4 Quote
