4.8K walk this morning, followed by PT exercises. (At some point, I should "rebrand" the PT thing, since my treatment series is ending but I will be continuing with my goal of daily exercises for arm and leg strength. But that's a question for another day.)

I'm currently ahead of pace in my Spring Start walking challenge, but I will take a second walk at some point today to make sure I meet my minimum step count.

I did a boosted walk at home, some work with weights, and then strength and stretch based exercises for my back. It feels to good to get it done earlier than usual today. I plan to do a stretch/relax something this evening.
