I walked 4.7K this morning, then did PT exercises. 

I've officially logged almost 25K more than I needed for my current challenge (which ends today), so the only thing I "need" to do is clock enough steps to meet my daily minimum. 

The weather is nice, but my knees are angry with me. So, we'll see how the rest of the day goes.

I had more time than usual today, so was able to get an hour total on my exercise bike and, this evening, worked in a pilates/yoga flow routine.
