Jenny in Florida Posted March 13, 2021 Posted March 13, 2021 Did the 10K final mini-challenge for the Winter Warmup this morning. I drove to a branch of the Shingle Creek Regional Trail rather than do yet another trudge around the neighborhood. That was also enough to exceed my step goal for the day. It wasn't until I was home and in the shower that I realized I hadn't done my PT exercises, but I decided to give myself a pass. 4 Quote
Melissa Louise Posted March 13, 2021 Posted March 13, 2021 Yesterday I did 40 min gentle yoga and a 30 min walk. Hoping to do the same today. 5 Quote
Melissa Louise Posted March 14, 2021 Posted March 14, 2021 Did it! 30 min morning flow, 30 min boosted walk. 3 Quote
sbgrace Posted March 14, 2021 Posted March 14, 2021 (edited) I'm having some serious shoulder pain. About six years ago, I tore my rotator cuff. I was on a trip at the time--the ER doctor told me I needed to fly home and see a surgeon. I was in such pain! But we couldn't leave as my kids were competing and, by the time we got home, I felt good enough that i just ignored it. It's never been fully functional in terms of range of motion since that injury. But pain is not normal for me at this point. Today I worked on stretches and PT type things I found online for that shoulder (and some light walking). I'll re-evaluate tomorrow. Edited March 14, 2021 by sbgrace 2 Quote
