I overslept again this morning -- literally slept through my alarm, which is nearly unheard of for me -- and had to skip the morning walk. I did make it out the door in time to get to my PT appointment, though, and they worked me for over an hour. 

The current plan is to take a walk on my lunch break and then an evening walk as usual to try and get to my minimum step count for the day.

Fortunately, I am now slightly ahead of pace on the current walking challenge, and the remaining 10K mini-challenge, which I will try to do on Saturday morning, would be enough to get me to the finish line on that one even if I log no other distance before then.

I did 40 minutes on my exercise bike, work with my weights, then some back focused strengthening and stretching exercises. I plan to do some relaxation based pilates tonight if I find time.
