Daily Movement - Monday, March 1

I didn't get a lot of sleep last night and had trouble getting out of bed to walk. Once I did, I made just shy of 3K before I had to get home to shower and dress and run out to PT. 

Since I have completed the Year of the Ox challenge, I'm now buckling down on finishing the Winter Warmup. I need just over 6K per day to stay on pace. So, I'll be taking another walk this evening.

I did the Walk at Home boosted walk for cardio and then a mix of strengthening and stretching exercises I'm using to focus on some specific weak spots. Tonight I did my favorite relaxation based pilates.
