purpleowl Posted February 17, 2021 Posted February 17, 2021 Middle of the week! These threads are for those who'd like accountability and encouragement in doing intentional daily movement. Anyone may join in at any time! Quote
sbgrace Posted February 17, 2021 Posted February 17, 2021 I did a little over 30 minutes on my exercise bike this morning. This afternoon I did a 23 minute HIIT pilates, then a stretch focused pilates. I plan to do a relaxation based movement of some sort tonight. 3 Quote
Jenny in Florida Posted February 17, 2021 Posted February 17, 2021 I didn't fall out of bed as early as I should have this morning and had to be done with exercise and showered, dressed and coffeed before a meeting at 8:30. So, I managed only 2.1 miles of walking and my daily PT exercises before work. I'll need a nice, long walk this evening to make my 5-miles / daily step goal. Much as I would like to be doing additional cardio or strength work, it seems like walking and PT is about all I reliably get done these days. 4 Quote
itsheresomewhere Posted February 17, 2021 Posted February 17, 2021 6 miles in and my arm workout complete. Up next thighs and the elliptical. 3 Quote
KathyBC Posted February 18, 2021 Posted February 18, 2021 2km walk, 20 minute yoga (intermediate power yoga) 3 Quote
purpleowl Posted February 18, 2021 Author Posted February 18, 2021 I barely squeezed in a 13-minute walk. But it was something. 3 Quote
ktgrok Posted February 18, 2021 Posted February 18, 2021 Ugh, all the raking of oak leaves messed up my allergies something terrible, and then my allergy medicine that I broke down and took on Wednesday made me so sleepy and brain foggy. Between that and dealing with kid stuff, Ash wednesday, etc I only did a 12 minute hip and back opener DDPY video, and then my PT. At least, that was the plan, and then I realized I hadn't closed my "move" ring on my apple watch (total calories/movement) so I did various walking in place and dance steps while watching The Daily Show on Youtube until I hit that. Then went to bed! 2 Quote
