purpleowl Posted February 16, 2021 Posted February 16, 2021 We recently got Chromebooks for our girls, and they are set up with kid accounts, which means they can only access videos that have been approved for YouTube Kids. I cannot find any of AOPS's videos on there. As far as I can tell, I can whitelist particular videos/channels, but only if they're already approved for YouTube Kids, which it looks like AOPS is not. Does anyone know if there's a workaround I'm not aware of? Help! (Okay, yes, one workaround is to let them use my phone or computer to watch math videos, but that is not my favorite solution. 😛 ) Quote

You need to see if you can watch this video in YouTube Kids." That's where they normally have watched them (on the Windows laptop, which we had to replace). Quote

daijobu Posted February 16, 2021 Posted February 16, 2021 Can you contact AoPS and let them know. It seems like an easy fix on their end. Quote

That's my plan - I just didn't want to do it before checking to see if there was some super obvious way to handle it that I was missing. 🙂 Quote
