sbgrace Posted February 17, 2021 Posted February 17, 2021 Goodness it was hard to make myself do movement today for so many reasons. I did a boosted Walk at Home and then pilates tonight, even though I definitely didn't feel like it. I'm glad I did it. 3 Quote

Jenny in Florida Posted February 17, 2021 Posted February 17, 2021 Got super busy with work yesterday and didn't get around to posting. It wasn't an especially interesting day, in any case, but I did walk 3.5 miles in the morning, do PT exercises and then walk another 2.5 miles in the evening. I figured out that I need at least 5 miles per day to finish my 202.1 by the end of this month, so yesterday's 6 is good. 4 Quote
