I did the math yesterday to determine whether it's even possible for me to complete both of the walking challenges I have going, and the answer is yes, assuming I am really diligent.

So, I started this morning with 3.75 miles, followed by my daily PT exercises. Then I just came back from a quick 1.2-mile lunchtime jaunt. That takes care of the Year of the Ox challenge for today. 

This evening, I'll (try to) go out again, or do a walk-at-home video if the weather doesn't cooperate, to log at least 3K for the other challenge.

I'm tired and sore and have decided not to push the cardio/arm work thing too hard right now.
