History of the Renaissance World

Is the High School History of the Renaissance World an entire year course?  I’m trying to find a HIstory course that is as close to British Literature as possible.  I know this won’t fit exactly, but it could be made to work.  

Also the map supplement, is it contained in the activity workbook already? Is the map supplement pdf is just for those who are doing the pdf version of the activity book?

I think the answer to all your questions is "Yes". I'm not sure what the map supplement is, though, because we don't do that part of the study guide. The instructions for the map exercises are in the study guide, and I thought they all had the student trace out of the book.
