I did 30 minutes on my exercise bike. I just now finished a pilates focused on the back (it is so hard for me, but I think I'm progressing).

I'll probably do a stretch/wind down pilates later tonight.

Shorter than average walk this morning, because I had trouble getting up early enough to go out for my usual time before I had to leave for PT. So:

  • Walked 3.4K for the Winter Warmup challenge.
  • Went to an hour-long PT appointment, which I'm counting as cardio and daily PT.

At some point this afternoon/evening, I'll head out for another walk to credit towards the Year of the Ox challenge, which should top off my daily step count. And that will do it for me today.

A 3 mile bike with the kids - had to walk my bike up the steep hill - not sure how high it was but there was a total of 90ft of elevation change over the course of the ride. My muscles are NOT used to biking yet - plus my seat was too low for about half the ride, so it was hard work. I couldn't believe how I was huffing and puffing on parts of it!

About to do my 30 minutes of PT, then a live DDPY class. 

I also vacuumed behind all the furniture, mopped, etc if that counts, lol.

Ok, so after biking I did my 30 minutes of PT and then a 47 minute live DDPY class on facebook. Also took measurements and was down an inch on my chest and my hips, waist was the same. It's squishier though, I can tell that there is less visceral fat. And took my photos. Crazy how my flexibility has improved!

Wow! You are doing so great--and the flexibility increase amazing!

I forgot to post yesterday. 30 minutes yoga/tai chi was about it.   Two of my three classes for the day were remote so not as many steps as usual, although I did hit my goal (6000 for now).
