Audiobooks through Libby on echo dot?

Is this possible in a way other than bluetooth pairing to a smart device? Some of my kids got echo dots and we have some books in audible but not a ton.  I stopped buying audiobooks when I discovered how amazing Libby is 😊.   They do not have their own smart devices and we do not want them too.   Thanks for any help!
