A good DDPY flow workout.  Then a 2 mile hike in the snow with a friend.   I finished up with 20 minutes of Incline walking with a backpack on my treadmill.

Sadly, it was not nearly enough to combat my holiday treat and stress eating

@purpleowl sorry you are in the same place.  I had 3 things hit me in the past 3 days...and way too many Christmas treats sitting out.

I have decided that yesterday and today just don't count.   I will be back on the weight loss/health bandwagon tomorrow.   I lost 40 pounds in the past 8 months and don't want to go backwards.

*Hugs* to you. My stresses have been on the minor side, but like you said, too many Christmas treats available.

I let lots of things get in the way of my workout today. At about 11, I decided it was too late to do what I planned-I need to drink a lot of water during and after my workouts, and I was concerned that would impact my sleep. I did a couple of "bedtime pilates" videos. I plan to get back on track tomorrow.

Did a 9am "Active Recovery" DDPY class via zoom. It normally is taught by one of the friday night "burn" class instructors. It was not this week, and I'm half serious when I say that it was because he was afraid to face us the next day, after killing us Friday night!!! The saturday morning instructor had already heard about how rough that burn class was, and took it fairly easy on us, thankfully. 

I'd actually forgotten about the 9am class until I was browsing facebook in my pajamas, coffee in hand, and saw a post about it by someone. That was at 8:40. Jumped up, threw on clothes,put my contacts in, get a drink, find my heart rate monitor, and help the 3 yr old potty before class. Barely made it!

I also did a short 16 minute Cosmic Kids yoga with my 3 yr old. And that was it, lol. I was SO sore that I didn't even do any cardio.

The app is all recorded classes - the ones that say "live" were live at one time, but are now on demand on the app. 🙂

In addition to what is on the app, there are some instructors doing live classes via zoom, facebook live, etc -these are not on the app. When I do those I use the app "custom" workout feature, to record my time/heartrate and get points for the workout. You can also do that with a walk, cardio workout, whatever. 

Oh, actually, there are live ones on the app, but only like once a week or so? I forgot about that, then those become available whenever.

Opened the beachbody app for the first time in a few months yesterday! Between getting our old house packed and staged for selling, then packing, then moving and unpacking...I haven't been prioritizing exercise. Hoping to get back into a groove for the rest of Christmas break that I can keep up with once we go back to school. I started Morning Meltdown yesterday, but don't love the lady in charge. I may go back to 21 day fix.
