Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies

My FB feed has been flooded with ads for these things lately!

 

Does anyone take these?  What is the benefit of them?  What do I look for in a 'good' one, if I decide to give them a try?

 

I currently take Vitamin D3 and a multi Vitamin B (MethylAssist from Pure Encapsulations)

They'll rot your teeth really fast.

ACV itself, in water (and drank with a straw to stop teeth enamel from dissolving) can improve blood glucose, decrease insulin resistance, and help weight loss.  Gummy supplements with enough sugar to make vinegar taste good will likely do nothing but ruin your teeth in record time.

I suppose the dental drawbacks is true for all gummy supplements.  I guess I'm just wondering about the benefits of ACV, so thanks for including that.

No, the acid in ACV is MUCH worse for your teeth than a regular mix of gelatin, sugar, and fruit juice or fruit flavoring.

Yes, I can see that.    

Anyway, I'm not opposed to taking a shot of actual ACV mixed with water, or even through a straw, everyday.  I was just wondering about the benefits of ACV.
