Ooof, today is shaping up to be another challenging one, in terms of finding time and energy to check off all the boxes. I didn't sleep well last night (not unusual, but I feel like it's really catching up with me recently), then overslept this morning and had time for only the regular walk-with-dog (3.8K/2.3 miles) before I had to rush around the house packing up the Christmas box we're trying to get sent out to our daughter today. I kept whittling down what exercise I hoped I could get done before I had to start work:

  • 45 minutes on the bike . . . nope! 
  • But maybe 20 minutes of 12 Days of Fitmas video . . . nope!
  • But maybe just 10 minutes of strength and stretching for my arm(s) . . . nope!

So, maybe I can catch up after work?

Walked around the park some with the kids, (brr!) and then did my 15 minute walk at home video and a 38 minute DDPY video focused on balance. I am NOT good at balance, lol.

I got 7000+ steps in at work yesterday (I am a day late posting ) and the. Did the DDPY Red Hot Core workout.....13 minutes that kicks my butt, even when I modify most of the exercises.
