I want old fashioned aerobics!

I've used the OnDemand app and it is good but I also stream  my local Jazzercise classes every morning so my usual instructor, the music and routines I'm used to  doing.  Best of both right now.  In our area only four people are allowed in gym at a time so the streaming works well.  If you have a studio in your area they might be doing something similar.

Maybe I missed it in the menu, but I don't see that they offer the low-impact classes, though? My knees cannot manage the regular high-intensity moves the young'uns like to do.

When I do the local class version they demonstrate what the lo impact version looks like.  I can't remember on demand how they do it as it has been awhile since I've used that option.  I do mostly low impact to all the classes as my knees aren't great either, still a great workout.

https://ondemand.jazzercise.com/  They have a free trial right now so you can see if it will work for you.

My local studio sent this as well if you want to try it.

we want to say thank you to sticking with us this year by extending our online classes to your friends and family anywhere in the USA! From December 21-31, you can give anyone you choose the gift of fitness! They get 10 days for FREE of online classes! All you have to do is share the website address and a special temporary password to our MyFitPro live-stream site!

Last night I did Rick Bhullar's Christmas workout and I'm pleased to report that there were grapevines, ball changes, AND box steps. It was a lot of fun!

Now you are speaking my language, lol. (although I'm not sure I didn't know that it was "ball change" not "step ALL change"....I know that's what I thought it was as a kid in dance lessons, lol. But yeah, I love me a grapevine something fierce, lol. (yes, I'm a dork. When there is a line dance at a wedding I'm first on the floor)

Kathy Smith definitely has grapevines in some of her videos.

AND outstanding fashion 😂

OP too bad you don’t have a DVD player. I’ve been able to request those old ones from the library. In case y’all didn’t know, there are actually four volumes of Richard Simmons’ Sweatin to the Oldies.

I use Just Dance on the Switch :). Usually you get 90 days of the expanded collection when you buy a game, so I buy the older cartridges used on Amazon or from GameStop (when I was going into stores), and sell the one that I've been using.

That’s our current thing - I love the way a session of JD can help reach both my step and high intensity minute goals. My fitness tracker loves it 😁

I don’t have it yet because I’m getting it for Christmas, but maybe it will fit the bill.  You can get DVDs or you can get it streaming for the year.

This lady has people dance to music, but the choreography is very loose and you do what you can.  Everyone sort of does their own thing, without having to really memorize anything or be good at dancing.  Like she might say, “Now add in arm movements and put your arms up and down!” but you sort of do it your own way. If you can only raise your arms part way, that’s fine.

Like I said, I don’t have this yet, but am hopeful I’ll like it.  My knees can’t take anything too strenuous and I don’t want to do some hard-core workout. I just need to get up and move around a few times during the day with a little bit of structure.  I hope this is what I think it is and fits the bill.

Ohhh, I like the looks of some of these video samples. Thanks for sharing! ☺️

I used to have all of them, and the Party off the Pounds one 🙂
