I've used the OnDemand app and it is good but I also stream  my local Jazzercise classes every morning so my usual instructor, the music and routines I'm used to  doing.  Best of both right now.  In our area only four people are allowed in gym at a time so the streaming works well.  If you have a studio in your area they might be doing something similar.

When I do the local class version they demonstrate what the lo impact version looks like.  I can't remember on demand how they do it as it has been awhile since I've used that option.  I do mostly low impact to all the classes as my knees aren't great either, still a great workout.

Now you are speaking my language, lol. (although I'm not sure I didn't know that it was "ball change" not "step ALL change"....I know that's what I thought it was as a kid in dance lessons, lol. But yeah, I love me a grapevine something fierce, lol. (yes, I'm a dork. When there is a line dance at a wedding I'm first on the floor)

This lady has people dance to music, but the choreography is very loose and you do what you can.  Everyone sort of does their own thing, without having to really memorize anything or be good at dancing.  Like she might say, “Now add in arm movements and put your arms up and down!” but you sort of do it your own way. If you can only raise your arms part way, that’s fine.

Like I said, I don’t have this yet, but am hopeful I’ll like it.  My knees can’t take anything too strenuous and I don’t want to do some hard-core workout. I just need to get up and move around a few times during the day with a little bit of structure.  I hope this is what I think it is and fits the bill.

OP too bad you don’t have a DVD player. I’ve been able to request those old ones from the library. In case y’all didn’t know, there are actually four volumes of Richard Simmons’ Sweatin to the Oldies. 

 

I used to have all of them, and the Party off the Pounds one 🙂
