Thank you! I love these! Took 2 laps around neighbor's pond this morning for a total of 1827 steps, and hoping to get out for a couple more short spurts to total up to 10K steps. Have been slacking on that, and I would like to get back at it. If I post here, it feels like a higher level of commitment than just telling myself I'll do it!

Will update tonight. 🙂

UPDATE: 7K, not 10K. Had a misunderstanding with a very well-meaning teen and ended up helping him on a 3-hour event tonight instead of walking, so - that's fair. 7K better than nothing, I guess!

We did our usual walk, although at a much more sedate pace than usual. One of the dogs had surgery Tuesday, so our walks for the next few days will be more like very leisurely strolls.

I did 3.4K walking around the neighborhood, then 45 minutes/11.1 miles on the stationary bike. I made it to PT this afternoon and am on track to meet my daily step goal. However, I don't think I will manage the fourth 12 Days of Fitmas video today. I will have to make it up over the weekend.

I did two of the Walk at Home videos (well, the same one twice, lol). This morning on my own, this evening with DD10. Then did a short DDPY video focused on stretching hips/knees/back. Tomorrow is the 90 minute burn class so didn't want to push hard today and be too sore for that.

Yesterday was a rare, SUNNY and 55° day in West Michigan so I walked a bit at lunch, then after work I masked up and met a friend at her farm and we walked for 45 minutes.   I followed that up by another masked up walk with another friend at a local park....3 miles in the woods in the dark along lit trails.

I missed my ddpy yesterday but got in almost 15,000 steps and lots of natural Vit D and fresh air.

So glad you were able to get some nice outdoor time and see people while the weather was good.

@Ausmumof3 it was SO nice to walk with another adult, especially in the sunshine.  Typically in West Michigan we can go weeks in the winter with zero sunshine.

Your sunset pictures are stunning.   I know what you mean though about the camera not capturing it in full glory.  I have that here with sunsets at the beach.
