Middle/high school level.News For Kids Free; secular; online news stories of interest. Middle/high school level.Dogo News Free, with a paid portion as well; secular; online science & social studies based stories of interest. Middle school level. Smithsonian: Tween Tribune: grades 5-6 and grade 7-8; versions; and Teen Tribune: grade 9-12 Free; secular; online articles; history, science, and human interest focus.
