Jenny in Florida Posted December 5, 2020 Posted December 5, 2020 (edited) Ooooh, am I first today? ( @purpleowl posted while I was typing.) I logged 3.5K towards my 50K Holiday Hustle challenge this morning, then rode 32 minutes/8 miles on the stationary bike. Currently at just under 7,000 steps of my 10,500 daily goal. I have some chores to do around the house -- laundry and such -- and one errand to Home Depot. So we'll see where I am once those are done. I assume I will need either another outdoor stroll (maybe after dark to appreciate the holiday lights going up around the neighborhood) or an indoor walk with our friend Leslie to meet my minimum. DS13 has been keeping a bowel diary for two months now so you can guess the first thing that came to mind when I saw "daily movement." LOL. Good job staying active ladies!! ktgrok Posted December 6, 2020 Posted December 6, 2020 Did a 1 hour "Active Recovery" live DDPY class via zoom this morning. I was still half away when we started and it wasn't until my ADHD meds kicked in that I noticed t was a different instructor than I was expecting, lol. This is the FIRST day in ovr 40 some odd days I've done no cardio. not sure how I feel about that. May do something before bed. Maybe. 2 Quote

I don't really want to use "exercise," though, because some days whatever intentional movement we can manage may not be something we would consider exercise, and that's okay - the goal is just moving, intentionally. But if anyone has other ideas that capture what we're doing without unfortunate bowel connotations, I'm willing to consider them. 😄 1 Quote
